Please read this Policy carefully before making any purchase. By subscribing to or purchasing any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.
2. Nature of Our Services
Important: Get on Global provides digital services including AI-powered hiring solutions, candidate matching, assessments, and related technology services. These are intangible digital products that are delivered instantly upon subscription activation.
Our services include but are not limited to:
- AI-powered candidate screening and matching
- Job posting and applicant tracking
- AI interviews and assessments
- Advanced analytics and reporting
- Premium profile features for candidates
- Auto-apply and job recommendations
- Priority support and enhanced visibility
3. General Refund Policy
ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND PURCHASES FOR DIGITAL SERVICES ARE GENERALLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
3.1 Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Monthly subscription fees once the billing period has started
- Annual subscription fees after 7 days from purchase date
- Partially used subscription periods
- Consumed credits or usage-based charges
- Job posting fees once the job has been published
- AI assessment or interview credits once used
- Add-on features or one-time purchases once activated
- Enterprise custom solutions once implementation has begun
- Services terminated due to violation of Terms and Conditions
3.2 Rationale
Due to the nature of digital services that provide immediate access to software, AI features, and Platform capabilities, refunds are limited. Once access is granted, the service is considered delivered and consumed. This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 for digital goods and services.
4. Limited Refund Circumstances
We may consider refunds in the following limited circumstances at our sole discretion:
4.1 Technical Failures
- Complete Platform unavailability for more than 72 consecutive hours not caused by scheduled maintenance
- Critical feature malfunction that renders the subscription unusable, verified by our technical team
- Payment processing errors resulting in duplicate charges (refund for duplicate amount only)
4.2 Annual Subscription Early Refund (7-Day Window)
For annual subscriptions only, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase if:
- You have not actively used the premium features
- You have not posted any jobs or submitted applications using premium features
- The request is submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase date
- You agree to immediate termination of your subscription
Note: A processing fee of 10% of the subscription amount (or INR 500, whichever is higher) will be deducted from the refund to cover transaction costs.
4.3 Fraudulent Charges
If you believe unauthorized charges were made to your account due to security breaches on our Platform (not your device or credentials), please contact us immediately. Verified fraudulent charges will be refunded after investigation.
5. Subscription Cancellation
5.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your account settings dashboard under "Subscription" or "Billing"
- Contacting our support team at support@getonglobal.com
- Writing to us at our registered address
5.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period
- No pro-rata refunds will be provided for unused portions of the billing period
- After expiration, your account will revert to the free tier with limited features
- Your data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy
5.3 Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be notified by email at least 7 days before renewal. To avoid charges for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
5.4 No Refund on Cancellation
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period or any portion thereof. You are paying for access to our Platform for the subscription period, regardless of actual usage.
6. Refund Request Process
6.1 How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 4, please submit your request by:

6.2 Processing Timeline
- All refund requests will be acknowledged within 48 hours
- Requests will be reviewed and decided within 7-15 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may add 5-10 additional business days
6.3 Decision Finality
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Levitation Infotech LLP. Our decision regarding refund requests shall be final. However, this does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
7. Currency and Payment
7.1 Refund Currency
- Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original transaction
- For international transactions, exchange rate fluctuations may result in different refund amounts
- We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank
7.2 GST and Taxes
Refunds will include the proportionate GST/taxes originally charged. However, any input tax credits claimed by business customers will be adjusted accordingly. You may need to reverse any tax credits claimed on the refunded amount as per applicable tax laws.
8. Free Trial Policy
If we offer a free trial period:
- You will not be charged during the trial period
- You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription
- We will send a reminder email before the trial ends
- Charges made after trial conversion are subject to this Refund Policy
- Free trials are limited to one per user/organization
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
Important: We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
- Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension
- We will provide documentation to payment processors demonstrating service delivery
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action
- Collection costs and fees may be passed on to you if we prevail in the dispute
- We reserve the right to report fraudulent chargeback activity to relevant authorities
10. Modifications to Pricing or Services
- We may modify subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice
- Price increases will not affect your current billing period
- If you do not agree with new pricing, you may cancel before the new price takes effect
- Service features may change; significant reductions may qualify for partial refunds at our discretion
- We reserve the right to discontinue services with reasonable notice and pro-rata refunds for prepaid periods
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights under:
- Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
- Information Technology Act, 2000 and associated rules
- Any other applicable consumer protection laws
