Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client coordination, quotation preparation, and supporting overall marketing and sales activities. This role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through calls, emails, online platforms, and other marketing activities
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide timely responses
Prepare and share quotations in coordination with internal teams
Follow up with clients for quotations, approvals, and order closures
Manage daily dispatch reports and coordinate dispatch-related communication with clients
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, quotations, and marketing performance
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Production, Service, Dispatch) for smooth execution

Candidate Profile

For Freshers:

BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering field
Strong communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn marketing and sales processes
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication

For 1–2 Years Experience:

Prior experience in marketing, sales coordination, or client handling (preferably in engineering/manufacturing industry)
Experience in preparing quotations and client follow-ups
Good understanding of lead management and customer relationship handling
