Job Roles & Responsibilities
We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer . This role is Hybrid Based, Banglore Office .
We are seeking a passionate DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in deployment automation, monitoring, and infrastructure management, along with a problem-solving mindset for debugging production issues.
In this role, you will…
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain Kubernetes clusters on Amazon EKS, GKE, or AKS.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform or similar tools.
- Monitor cloud deployments to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security .
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production environments.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployment strategies.
- Ensure system reliability with automated testing and continuous monitoring.
- Optimize workflows by leveraging automation tools for faster, error-free releases.
- Stay updated on emerging cloud services and DevOps best practices.
Ideal candidate profile
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or site reliability engineering .
- Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Tekton, or similar).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS/GKE/AKS).
- Solid understanding of infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure .
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and automation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and deliver solutions under tight timelines.
- Extra dose of awesome if you have
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Knowledge of security best practices for cloud infrastructure.
- Exposure to Python, Go, or scripting languages for automation tasks.
- Hands-on experience with serverless deployments or hybrid cloud architectures.
