Title: Cloud Engineer – Monitoring & Automation (SolarWinds / Datadog)
100% Remote
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Job Descriptions:
- We are seeking a security-focused Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in monitoring, observability, and automation to support a hybrid healthcare IT environment.
- This role will focus heavily on SolarWinds and Datadog , with deep involvement in cloud platforms ( GCP & Azure ), infrastructure automation, and self-healing systems to ensure high availability and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years experience in IT monitoring and automation within hybrid environments
- Strong hands-on SolarWinds experience (mandatory)
- Datadog monitoring experience (required)
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and API integrations
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or PowerShell
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure)
- Solid knowledge of networking, system logs, and security monitoring
- Experience creating intelligent alerting and self-healing solutions
- Familiarity with SDLC and modern technology architectures
