Role Overview
The HubSpot Implementation Engineer will be a core member of the India delivery team, responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying HubSpot CRM solutions for global clients. The role focuses on high-quality execution, process adherence, data integrity, automation, and seamless collaboration with onshore stakeholders, solution architects, and client-facing teams.
This position requires strong technical depth in HubSpot, structured documentation skills, and the ability to deliver enterprise-grade CRM solutions within defined scopes, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
Key ResponsibilitiesHubSpot Implementation & Delivery
- Execute end-to-end HubSpot implementations across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, and CMS Hub
- Configure pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, custom objects, and automation as per approved solution design
- Implement role-based permissions, teams, and data governance aligned with client security and compliance requirements
- Follow internal delivery frameworks, SOPs, and quality checklists
CRM Automation & RevOps Enablement
- Build and optimise workflows for lead assignment, deal progression, task automation, SLA enforcement, and notifications
- Implement lead scoring models and lifecycle automation aligned with client sales and marketing processes
- Configure email templates, sequences, playbooks, forms, and landing pages
- Support multi-region sales structures, time-zone aware routing, and workload balancing logic
Data Migration & Integrations
- Perform structured data migration from legacy CRMs, spreadsheets, or third-party platforms into HubSpot
- Ensure data cleansing, deduplication, validation, and historical accuracy
- Implement integrations using native HubSpot connectors or middleware platforms
- Coordinate with backend or API teams for custom integrations where required
Reporting & Analytics
- Build standard and custom dashboards for sales, marketing, and service performance
- Configure pipeline, funnel, attribution, and forecasting reports
- Ensure reporting accuracy through clean data models and validation checks
Client & Onshore Collaboration
- Work closely with onshore consultants, project managers, and solution architects
- Participate in requirement clarification calls and internal solution walkthroughs
- Provide timely status updates, risk identification, and dependency tracking
- Support client UAT cycles and post-go-live stabilisation
Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical & Functional Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and its core hubs
- Solid understanding of CRM data structures, workflows, and automation logic
- Experience with data migration, CSV mapping, and data validation
- Exposure to integrations, APIs, or automation tools
- Strong reporting and dashboard configuration skills
Delivery & Process Skills
- Experience working in offshore or global delivery models
- Strong adherence to timelines, documentation standards, and quality benchmarks
- Ability to work within defined scopes and change management processes
- Familiarity with Agile or milestone-based delivery frameworks
Communication & Behavioural Skills
- Clear written and verbal communication in professional English
- Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders across time zones
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and execution-focused mindset
- Strong ownership and accountability for assigned deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot certifications (Sales, Marketing, Service, or Operations Hub)
- Experience supporting UK, US, or EU clients
- Exposure to RevOps, B2B sales processes, or SaaS delivery
- Familiarity with middleware tools such as Make or Zapier
- Prior experience in an IT services or consulting organisation
