As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various client openings. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client hiring needs
Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for client openings
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience

Requirements:

3-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consulting firm
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, laws, and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
