We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Banquet & Convention/club sales team at ADOT BY GNH BEHIND LEELA AMBIENCE HOTEL GURGAON in Gurgaon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with clients. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand our customer base
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure sales goals are met
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

7-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the media and entertainment industry
