We are seeking a Guest Relation Executive-Banquet/Convention to join our team at ADOT by GNH, located behind Leela Ambience in Gurgaon. This is a full-time, on-site position. As a Guest Relation Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional experiences for our guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their queries and concerns
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
Maintain accurate records and reports on event planning and execution

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in hospitality, event management, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
