Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized Receptionist to join our team at our office located in Maninagar, Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming to visitors.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and phone calls efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, parents, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
