We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who can own the complete learner journey, from onboarding to course completion, while ensuring every customer has a smooth and rewarding experience.
What You’ll Do
✅ Manage the end-to-end customer journey for learners
✅ Resolve customer queries by coordinating with internal teams
✅ Ensure timely follow-up and collection of pending payments
✅ Drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention
✅ Maintain a high NPS by delivering a strong customer experience
✅ Generate referrals from satisfied customers
✅ Track learner progress and step in proactively when support is needed
✅ Build long-term relationships with customers
Who Should Apply
✔️ 1–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Customer Experience
✔️ Experience in EdTech is preferred
✔️ Candidates with an Architecture, Design, or AEC background will have an added advantage
✔️ Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
✔️ A customer-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership
