Venture Capital Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Venture Capital Analyst to join our team in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab. As a Venture Capital Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating potential investment opportunities and supporting our portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate potential investment opportunities through market research, financial analysis, and due diligence. • Assist in conducting meetings with entrepreneurs and management teams to assess business models, market strategies, and growth prospects. • Prepare investment memos, financial models, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. • Monitor portfolio companies and provide ongoing support to management teams as needed. • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, or a related field. • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience in evaluating startups and growth-stage companies. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to distill complex concepts into actionable insights. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong network and ability to build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts.
