About the Role: Drive MEP / Project / B2B sales for building materials by meeting builders, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders in your assigned territory. Focus on project mapping, relationship management and revenue growth through consistent field visits and follow‑ups.
Requirements:
- Generate leads and drive MEP / B2B / Project sales for building materials in assigned region.
- Conduct regular field visits to builders, contractors, consultants and channel partners to promote products and solutions.
- Map upcoming and ongoing projects, track key decision makers and build an opportunity pipeline.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals and quotations, and follow up for order closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensure high service levels and handle basic commercial negotiations.
- 1–2 years of experience in building material / construction / B2B/ MEP / project sales.
- Willingness for extensive field work and travel within assigned city / region.
