We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support representative to join our team in Panchkula, Haryana. As a Customer Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via chat and other communication channels. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer support through chat, email, and other communication channels
- Manage multiple concurrent chats simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and think critically to resolve complex issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customers
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
- B2-C1 English proficiency (strong written and verbal communication skills)
- 50+ WPM typing speed
- Ability to manage 3+ concurrent chats
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
