Role Overview :
We are looking for a Placement Coordinator who will be responsible for connecting our learners with top companies, facilitating job and internship opportunities, and providing career guidance to ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities :
● Develop and execute placement strategies to achieve target placement rates
● Student engagement and counselling.
● Establish and maintain employer relations.
● Facilitate job placements and internships.
● Maintain placement database and generate regular reports
● Provide career guidance and resources.

Ideal Background :
● Bachelor’s degree required (MBA is a plus)
● Strong communication and networking skills.
● Knowledge of career development and job market trends.
● Experience with placement operations in an edtech startup is an added advantage
● Prior exposure to the Construction, Architecture, or Design industry is a strong plus
