Reporting to – Head Sales – Senior Living
Job Summary-
we are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with a Real Estate background to join our Senior Living Sales & Marketing team. You will drive sales growth by building relationships with potential residents and families, showcasing our community's unique features and benefits.
Responsibilities-
Prospect and engage with potential residents and families.
Conduct community tours and presentations.
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources.
Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and residents.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
As further defined by Head Sales – Senior Living.
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in real estate sales or related field.
Affluent in speaking Kannada & Tamil. Additional southern regional language is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven sales track record.
Knowledge of senior living industry and market trends an advantage.
