We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our organization's growth. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including headhunting and leveraging various recruitment channels.
Manage the entire employee life cycle, from sourcing and onboarding to ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on the recruitment process.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for open positions.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a positive and engaging experience.
5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the technology industry.
Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent.
Strong understanding of the employee life cycle and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
