Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our organization's growth. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including headhunting and leveraging various recruitment channels.

• Manage the entire employee life cycle, from sourcing and onboarding to ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on the recruitment process.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for open positions.

• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a positive and engaging experience.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the technology industry.

• Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent.

• Strong understanding of the employee life cycle and recruitment best practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
