Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
3+ years of proven experience as a BDE in IT services / software development
Strong understanding of web, mobile, cloud, and emerging technologies
Hands-on experience with B2B sales, lead generation, and client handling
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, requirement gathering, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical and delivery teams to propose suitable solutions
Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and estimations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline, and forecasting using CRM tools
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
Experience working with international clients
Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
Prior experience in IT service-based companies
