We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Mumbai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure sales goals are met
- Selling customs clearance and freight forwarding for imports and exports both in Air or Sea - Domestic and International Customers.
- Should have good knowledge of Freight Forwarding , International Logistics, Customs Clearance and must be able to generate revenue for the Organization.
- Maintain consistent, timely and high quality management reporting meeting requirements of the business, company's policies and procedures are being met and adhered to.
- Weekly monitoring & review of sales and operation issue, delivery operation & performance for products, segment wise, to meet the target.
- Preparing reports including updates volumes, potentials, customers, carriers & competition.
- To develop, maintain service deliverables to satisfy specific needs of corporate accounts and continually seek opportunity.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong service orientation, Strong leadership skills, Strong people management abilities
