We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch and driving business growth. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve branch targets and growth objectives
- Supervision of all activities of Ahmedabad Branch. i.e., Air & Sea Import Export, Domestic & breakbulk and administration on daily basis.
- Revenue Generation for the Branch by meeting potential customers & existing customers.
- Responsible for timely payment collection & overall accounts of Branch.
- Monitor and control branch operations.
- Managing & supervising team of 10-15 employees.
- Responsible for planning business strategy to achieve growth for the branch.
- HR & administrative work of the Branch.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team building and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships
- Strong service orientation, Strong leadership skills, Strong people management abilities
- Experience in handling cross functional teams
