Hr Recruiter

We are seeking an HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work with a leading consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• 0- years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
