Key Responsibilities:

Establish trust-based relationships with parents.
Address queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
Ensure high parent satisfaction and retention.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

0 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
