We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our auto accessories sales team in a fully remote capacity. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the auto accessories industry, specifically in areas such as channel sales, field sales, infotainment sales, and car audio.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the auto accessories industry.
Manage and motivate a remote sales team to achieve their sales targets and provide coaching and feedback to ensure their growth and development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and customers to drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and make informed sales decisions.
Manage sales performance metrics, reporting, and forecasting to ensure sales targets are met.
Requirements:
6+ years of sales experience in the auto accessories industry, preferably in channel sales, field sales, or a similar field.
Proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a remote sales team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
Experience working with distributors and partners in the auto accessories industry.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from AED 5,000 to AED 17,000, depending on experience. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
