We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our auto accessories sales team in a fully remote capacity. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective channel sales strategies, building strong relationships with B2B and B2C customers, and expanding our distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in channel sales, field sales, and distribution
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C customers to drive sales growth
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships through effective sales techniques
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay up-to-date on product offerings, including android player and infotainment systems
Analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform future sales strategies
Requirements:
4+ years of sales experience in the auto accessories industry
Proven track record of success in channel sales, field sales, and distribution
Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Familiarity with android player and infotainment systems is a plus
