We are seeking an experienced ASE (Automotive Spare Parts) professional to join our team in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. This is a full-time, on-site position with a leading company in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve primary and secondary sales targets in the automotive spare parts sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive spare parts market, including products, trends, and competitors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet sales targets.
