As a Tele Sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through outbound calls and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients, pitch our consulting services, and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct needs assessments, identify opportunities, and provide solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in tele sales, preferably in the consulting industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues alike.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple calls simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
