Tele Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales professional to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. As a Tele Sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through outbound calls and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients, pitch our consulting services, and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct needs assessments, identify opportunities, and provide solutions to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and to stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in tele sales, preferably in the consulting industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues alike.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
