We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team on a fully remote basis. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, sending communication to candidates, and maintaining records.
- Help with employee onboarding, including preparing necessary documents and conducting orientation sessions.
- Support the HR team in maintaining employee data, benefits, and compliance.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- Basic knowledge of HR concepts, laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools.
