We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our retail team at Manipal Centre in Bengaluru. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay up-to-date on product offerings and promotions
- Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Basic knowledge of retail products and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software
