We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business objectives and deliver results in Oman. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Oman.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a successful sales strategy to achieve business objectives
- Manage and lead a distributor sales team to drive sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of success working in Oman
- Experience managing distributor sales team
- Proven ability to develop and execute a successful sales strategy
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
