We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Development to lead our international sales efforts in the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean, and Europe. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence in assigned regions
- Identify and establish relationships with key distributors and partners
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals and brand values
- Manage and nurture trade relationships to ensure long-term partnerships

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in business development or international sales
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence

- Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
