We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Ticketing Executive to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana, India. This is a full-time on-site position with a dynamic and growing organization. As a Ticketing Executive, you will play a critical role in managing and resolving customer tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
Manage and resolve customer tickets in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions in our ticketing system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a ticketing or support environment.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in ticketing software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
The salary range for this position is INR 20,000 - 50,000 per month, depending on experience. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.
