We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the manufacturing industry. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and building relationships with potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition and identify new opportunities.
Manage and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expanding customer base.
Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
