We are seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead our team in Karnal, Haryana, India. As a Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team to achieve sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets in the pre-owned vehicle segment.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and stakeholders to drive sales and growth.
- Monitor and report sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive retail industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
- Strong knowledge of the pre-owned vehicle market and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive results.
