We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team in Kochi, Kerala, India. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the field. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand our customer base in the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings with potential customers to showcase our offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and provide regular sales updates to the management team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
