Salesforce Lead Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Consultant to join our team in a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for flexible remote and office work arrangements in Hyderabad and Bangalore. As a Salesforce Lead Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and expertise in Salesforce development, integration, and deployment.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals.

• Mentor and guide junior team members on Salesforce best practices and provide technical support as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, development, or implementation.

• Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration principles.

• Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
