Lead all D2C e-commerce operations including order management, inventory, warehousing, dispatch, marketplace operations, and customer experience.
Manage daily order processing, dispatch, and shipment tracking
Reduce RTO and NDR and manage courier coordination
Handle Amazon and Flipkart backend operations including:
Inventory
Pricing
Listing quality control
Claims reconciliation
Coordinate with warehouse teams on packaging standards and quality control
Manage customer support across email, WhatsApp, and social channels
Track inventory and stock forecasting with manufacturing teams
Build SOPs for returns, replacements, and complaint resolution
Maintain listing hygiene, ratings, and reviews
