Orbit Global is hiring a Senior Corporate Sales – Insurance professional for a leading organization in the insurance sector. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on B2B sales, business development, and relationship management. The incumbent will be responsible for driving new business, managing key corporate clients, coordinating with insurers, and ensuring end-to-end client servicing across the insurance lifecycle.

10–15 years of experience in insurance sales, business development, or corporate client servicing
Proven experience in generating leads and building new corporate client relationships
Hands-on experience managing corporate / business clients
Strong ability to assess client insurance needs and recommend suitable policies
Experience coordinating with underwriting teams for policy issuance and renewals
Ability to manage the complete client lifecycle: acquisition, servicing, renewals, and claims coordination
Proven capability to meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
Willingness to work in a field-oriented, client-facing sales role
Identify potential corporate clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market outreach
Build strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their insurance requirements
Present insurance solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals
Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and business growth objectives
Send introductory communication, fix client meetings, and follow up post-meetings
Maintain structured client lists and categorize clients into A, B, and C segments
Conduct periodic visits to key existing clients
Ensure timely issuance and delivery of insurance policies in coordination with underwriting teams
Collect premiums on time and manage renewal cycles efficiently
Coordinate with underwriting teams to issue renewal notices and complete renewals on time
Liaise with insurance companies and internal claims teams to facilitate smooth claims settlement
Provide prompt and effective support to clients throughout the policy lifecycle
Maintain accurate client databases and records
Provide timely MIS inputs and reports to management
Track sales performance, renewals, and client engagement metrics
Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about new insurance offerings
Attend internal and external training programs
Apply learnings through on-the-job implementation
Strong B2B sales and business development capabilities
Excellent client relationship management skills
Sound knowledge of insurance products and industry processes
