Orbit Global is hiring a Technical Lead – Finance Solutions for a high-growth fintech organization operating in the financial services and payments ecosystem. This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong finance domain knowledge with hands-on project management and technical expertise.
The incumbent will lead end-to-end client implementations, manage complex financial workflows, and act as a bridge between finance, technology, and business stakeholders.
Candidates must be from Fintech or Financial Services organizations only
Strong academic background in Commerce or MBA Finance
Hands-on experience in accounting principles, financial workflows, and R2R (Record-to-Report) processes
Proven experience in Treasury Module
Minimum 3+ years of implementation / project management experience
Strong hands-on experience with SQL queries and MIS reporting
Experience using Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project management tools
Candidates must be based in Bangalore or Delhi/NCR only
Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days notice period
Lead end-to-end implementation projects for fintech and financial services clients
Own project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across multiple stakeholders
Translate client requirements into detailed implementation plans and solution configurations
Configure and deploy finance solutions across:
Record-to-Report (R2R)
Treasury operations
Financial reporting and reconciliations
Apply strong accounting and finance knowledge to ensure accurate solution delivery
Support UAT cycles, client onboarding, and training
Write, optimize, and debug complex SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and integrations
Manage and oversee ETL processes for financial data migration and transformation
Support MIS reporting and data reconciliation requirements
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams
Coordinate with client finance and technical teams to ensure smooth deployments
Document workflows, integrations, SOPs, and client-specific configurations in detail
Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple projects
Track KPIs, risks, and dependencies; proactively resolve issues
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or MBA Finance (mandatory)
3–6 years of experience in implementation, project management, or finance technology roles
Prior experience working in Fintech, Payments, SaaS, or ERP environments
Strong expertise in:
Accounting principles
R2R processes
Treasury operations
Financial workflows
Advanced SQL skills (joins, subqueries, CTEs)
Experience with ETL pipelines and data migration
Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project tracking tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience implementing financial automation tools (SAP, Oracle, Blackline, Anaplan, etc.)
Exposure to API integrations and data mapping
Experience in Agile / Scrum-based delivery environments
Knowledge of AR/AP, reconciliation, book closure, and reporting systems
PMP, CSM, or similar certifications
