Orbit Global is hiring a Senior Program Manager – Sales for a fast-growing automotive/EV organization. This is a core sales role (not a Key Account Manager position), where the incumbent will own client growth, sales execution, project coordination, and cross-functional delivery after the client is onboarded.
The role demands a strong blend of sales ownership, client relationship management, analytical thinking, and execution excellence.
Own the post-onboarding sales lifecycle for assigned clients
Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Translate client requirements into actionable execution plans
Manage multiple client accounts and parallel initiatives
Coordinate closely with product, marketing, operations, and customer support teams
Maintain accurate sales reports, project records, and documentation
Track performance metrics and present insights to internal leadership
Monitor automotive and EV market trends to identify new sales opportunities
4–8 years of experience in Sales (mandatory)
Strong experience in managing and growing existing client accounts
Proven success in upselling and cross-selling
Hands-on ownership of sales execution, reporting, and project coordination
Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
Immediate joiner to 15 days notice period only
