Role Overview

We are hiring a Warehouse & Logistics Manager for a fast-growing Automotive / EV organization. The role will be responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations and logistics management, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient distribution, and seamless coordination across multiple warehouses.

The ideal candidate will bring strong operational leadership, hands-on experience with warehouse systems, and the ability to optimize logistics processes in a hardware/electronics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products
Ensure inventory accuracy and effective stock control across locations
Implement and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards within warehouses

Logistics Management

Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations
Optimize transportation routes, costs, and delivery timelines
Manage logistics partners, vendors, and service providers
Ensure timely and damage-free movement of goods

Process & Team Leadership

Lead and manage warehouse and logistics teams
Drive process improvements, SOP implementation, and efficiency initiatives
Track, analyze, and report operational KPIs and logistics metrics
Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse and logistics staff

Mandatory Screening Criteria

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management
Experience handling multiple warehouses (mandatory)
Background in hardware / electronics / automotive / EV preferred
Strong working knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and logistics best practices
Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills
