Full Stack Developer Internship

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications

• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services using Ruby on Rails

• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js

• Write robust unit tests to ensure reliability, usability, and performance

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in APIs and application layers

• Maintain high code quality through code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver superior user experiences

• Apply software design principles to create clean and reusable code

• Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence

• Ensure adherence to OWASP security standards and web security best practices

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web application development

• Strong proficiency in Ruby programming language

• Mandatory hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails

• Strong working experience with React.js and modern frontend development

• Solid understanding of SQL databases

• Good knowledge of HTTP protocol and RESTful architecture

• Experience building scalable, secure, and maintainable applications

• Ability to write clean, testable, and high-quality code

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with OWASP principles and web security best practices

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams

Good to Have

• Experience with PostgreSQL

• Exposure to AWS cloud services
