We are hiring a National Business P&L Head to lead Pan-India expansion of a luxury furniture brand through franchise, master franchise, distributor, super stockist, and Exclusive Brand Store (EBO) models.
This is a senior leadership, P&L-driven role responsible for revenue growth, channel profitability, showroom rollout, partner acquisition, and luxury brand representation across India.
The role requires a leader with deep experience in premium / luxury retail, strong understanding of franchise economics, and the ability to scale aggressively while maintaining brand exclusivity.
Key Objectives
Build a Pan-India franchise and distribution ecosystem
Appoint Master Franchisees, Super Stockists, Distributors, and EBO partners
Drive revenue growth, showroom rollout, and market penetration
Maintain luxury brand positioning, partner quality, and operational excellence
Design and execute the national franchise and distribution strategy
Identify, evaluate, and onboard:
Master Franchisees (state / regional)
Super Stockists
Distributors
Exclusive Brand Store (EBO) franchise partners
Define investment models, ROI structures, and commercial terms
Close high-value partners with strong financial and retail credentials
Own Pan-India sales targets and channel P&L
Drive order bookings, showroom sales, and repeat business
Track state-wise and partner-wise performance
Ensure profitable growth aligned with luxury margins
Lead end-to-end partner acquisition from lead generation to signing
Build long-term relationships with:
HNI / UHNI investors
Retail chains
Real estate groups
Conduct partner performance reviews and expansion planning
Guide franchise partners on:
Showroom location selection
Store size, layout, and luxury experience
Visual merchandising and brand guidelines
Coordinate with design, operations, and supply chain teams
Support multi-city showroom launches and rollouts
Act as national brand ambassador
Ensure consistent luxury positioning and customer experience
Represent the brand at:
Expos and exhibitions
Franchise events
Investor meets
Balance rapid expansion with brand exclusivity and quality standards
Build and lead regional sales and channel development teams
Set KPIs, targets, and accountability frameworks
Mentor teams in luxury selling and channel negotiations
