We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President – Human Resources (VP – HR) to lead our HR function. This is a key leadership role that requires a seasoned HR professional to drive business growth, foster a positive work culture, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide HR leadership and guidance to senior management, ensuring effective decision-making and business outcomes.
- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Foster a culture of innovation, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring a workplace that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
- Collaborate with business leaders to drive organizational change and transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
- 12–18 years of progressive HR experience with enterprise or group-level exposure.
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the Food & Beverages, Hospitality / Tourism, Manufacturing, Consumer Electronics, or Business Services industries is highly desirable.
What We Offer:The Vice President – Human Resources will be compensated with a salary in the range of INR 3,000,000 to INR 3,500,000 per annum. We offer a dynamic work environment at our HITEC City, Hyderabad office, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
