We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end customer success for assigned accounts, driving growth, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end customer success for assigned accounts, including onboarding, engagement, renewals, and upsell.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact.
• Drive account growth by identifying expansion opportunities and supporting commercial discussions.
• Monitor account health, KPIs, and proactively resolve risks and issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Marketing, Partnerships) for smooth delivery and support.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in customer success or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in driving account growth and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment.
