Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to crafting tailored pitch decks that highlight market opportunities, valuations, and strategic insights, collaborating closely with the team.
Support the origination of IPO, Pre-IPO, and private equity deals by understanding client goals and assisting in proposing customized solutions.
Research target industries and companies using reports and public data to gather actionable insights, building analytical skills over time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and enhance our market presence.
Requirements:
Minimum entry level to 3 years of experience in business development, investment banking, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the finance industry, particularly in the areas of IPOs, pre-IPOs, and private equity.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience in creating and delivering pitch decks and client presentations.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
