Job Description
We are hiring an Automation Tester with 3–4 years of experience in testing mobile applications and web platforms. The role involves designing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure high-quality, reliable software in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing
- Create and execute test cases based on business requirements
- Identify, log, and track defects to resolution
- Execute automated tests as part of CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team during sprints
- Support manual testing when required
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in Automation Testing
- Strong experience with Selenium / Cypress / Playwright for web testing
- Hands-on experience with Appium for mobile automation (Android / iOS)
- Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#
- Experience with test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, NUnit)
- API testing experience using Postman / RestAssured / SoapUI
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience with Git or other version control tools
Nice to Have
- CI/CD tools experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Mobile device cloud testing (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)
- Performance testing exposure (JMeter)
- Basic SQL and database testing knowledge
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
