Our client is a well-established ICT services and solutions provider with over 40 years of excellence in innovation and customer service, and they are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities within their Digital Transformation unit through a hybrid working model.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities on major ICT engagements. You will act as the senior responsible person for business analysis, coordinating contributions from other specialists, analysing current and future business processes, and delivering solutions that support organisational objectives.
This role is hybrid, with a requirement to attend onsite 2 days per week. The successful candidate must be willing and able to work onsite at Dublin 1.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the review and analysis of business intentions, services, processes, and information needs to identify improvements and support digital transformation
- Provide clear and intuitive documentation of existing (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes
- Conduct feasibility studies and produce high-level and detailed business process models
- Define strategies for the contribution of technology to business objectives
- Prepare detailed specifications and oversee development and implementation of solutions
- Consider the implications of change on the organisation and stakeholders
- Liaise with management regarding process and organisational change
- Provide regular updates to management, project boards, and stakeholders
- Facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams including developers, project managers, and business units
- Maintain comprehensive records of analysis, specifications, and processes
- Support audit, training, and compliance requirements
- Ensure knowledge transfer within the team
Experience & Skills Required (Mandatory)
- Experience Level: Minimum 7+ years’ experience in business analysis
- Leadership: Proven experience leading business analysis on complex ICT projects/programmes
- Business Process Analysis: Experience eliciting, documenting, and analysing as-is and to-be processes
- Tools & Techniques: Proficient in BPMN, Microsoft Visio, or equivalent
- Technical Environment: Experienced working alongside developers, database architects, project managers, and business units
- Communication & Presentation: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Coordination: Ability to lead the business analysis function within a project or programme and coordinate other specialists
Qualifications (Mandatory)
- Professional qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent
English Language Requirement (Mandatory)
- Must be fluent in English
- CV must indicate whether the candidate is a native English speaker
- Non-native speakers should ideally hold CEFR Level C2 (Mastery/Proficiency) or equivalent
- Where certification is not held, English proficiency may be assessed during the interview process
