Product Coordinator

Reporting to the Product Manager of Consumer Postpaid Mobile, you will assist in defining and building the future product roadmap for Vodafone Postpaid.

You will disrupt the Australian market by giving customers what they want in the least Telco way whilst acting as the glue that binds the business together to create best-in-class customer experiences and bring disruptive products to market. As a Product Coordinator, you’ll work collectively with teams across Product, Pricing, Trading, Sales, Communications, Technology and Operations to help develop TPG Telecom’s customer products that drive population growth, revenue, NPS and brand consideration.

• Work with the Head of and other product managers in the team to define the overall Vodafone postpaid mobile product strategy
• Own end to end delivery, launch and ongoing experience for products you deliver, including planning and tracking product changes, and ensure all key stakeholders are engaged in go-to-market
• Assist in building product strategy and initiatives on core postpaid mobile products. It is anticipated you will focus on multiple core products at any time to maximise growth potential for our business.
• Provide insights into the performance of the products delivered compared to business case expectations through post implementation reviews, utilising these insights to drive further product development and refinement
• Create a great customer experience around our products that drives NPS and word of mouth in the market
• Drive customer retention and acquisition, profitability and revenue growth, enabling VHA to deliver to its financial objectives and targets
• Protect the brand, reputation and profitability of TPG by maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of its information assets and information systems.
• Be familiar with policies and procedures, as well as completing any associated training, as communicated or made available on the intranet and our learning systems.

Knowledge & Experience

• Outstanding influencing skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication
• Experienced in product development, systems & processes along with strong knowledge of the Telco market
• Ability to lead a cross- functional teams to deliver complex product innovation
• Exceptional drive to inspire change across the organisation
• Proven track record of problem solving when faced with complex business problems
• Ability to deal with rapid change and quick pace with resilience and fortitude
• Energy, enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn.
• Degree qualified an advantage, ideally in business, marketing or economics
