We’re a fast-growing bathroom products business and we’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & SEO Manager to take full ownership of our marketing execution and SEO improvements.
This is not a role for someone who needs to be micromanaged. We want someone who can step in, build structure, drive output, and make the marketing and website performance noticeably better.
You will be working with an existing content team, but you will be responsible for managing the workflow, maintaining consistency, and improving results across SEO, website content, and social media output.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of our marketing execution across key channels
- Build and manage a weekly content calendar and ensure consistent daily posting
- Manage and coordinate our content team to deliver required output on time
- Improve SEO performance through technical fixes, on-page optimisation, and content improvements
- Identify and fix SEO issues (site structure, metadata, collections, internal linking, keyword targeting)
- Update and optimise Shopify website content (product pages, collections, landing pages, blogs)
- Improve conversion-focused website elements (CRO basics, layout, messaging, trust, clarity)
- Track performance and report weekly on what was done, results, and next priorities
- Proactively identify opportunities and execute improvements without waiting for instructions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing with real results
- Strong Shopify experience (editing, optimising, managing site content)
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (technical, on-page, and content SEO)
- Confident managing a content workflow and driving output from others
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Google tools (Search Console, Analytics, Sheets, Docs)
- Comfortable using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel)
- Someone who takes ownership and actually enjoys fixing problems and improving performance
Bonus (Not Essential)
- Experience in eCommerce, home improvement, or building/trade industries
- Experience with Klaviyo email marketing
- Experience with basic CRO and landing page optimisation
- Ability to brief and manage developers when required
