Store Manager – Miranda, NSW
We are seeking an inspiring and commercially driven Store Manager to lead our Bondi store. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, is passionate about customer experience, and knows how to bring a team together to deliver exceptional results.
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store performance, team leadership, and day-to-day operations, while creating a welcoming, high-energy environment that customers love returning to.
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a fashion or lifestyle retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Commercial acumen, with confidence in driving sales, managing KPIs, and analysing store performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and peak trading periods
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Drive store performance by managing sales, labour, stock, and visual merchandising standards
- Recruit, onboard, train, and coach team members to support their growth and success
- Ensure the store consistently reflects brand values through presentation, service, and culture
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance
- Analyse sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities and implement action plans
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive workplace environment
