Key Responsibilities :
- Understand client business requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
- Participate in client calls, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Prepare and deliver product demos, presentations, Proposals and solution walkthroughs.
- Coordinate with technical teams to define solution architecture and scope.
- Maintain proposal templates, pricing models, and presales documentation.
- Work closely with sales, development, and project management teams.
- Provide post-demo and pre-sales technical support as needed.
- Keep track of presales activities, pipelines, and client feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Basic understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Cloud, SaaS, AI, or Digital Marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Exposure of Product-based, or Service-based companies.
